High Risk Fund with a relatively short term goal on any position that is invested in UNDER 5% of target company holdings: Short term view (2-6 months).
Positions held OVER 5% of company holdings: 1-3 Year Goal.
Goal Return: 50% ROI on Investment
Vehicle: Emerging growth companies, managed funds with similar charters, companies trading on a regulated exchange.
SCV maintains an emphasis on Asian growth companies with the potential for growth of 20% year over year (YOY) for a period of 5 years.
Management efficiencies will create opportunities that result from undervaluation. Mr. Som Sahachaisere will leverage his extensive expertise in manufacturing efficiency in order to help undervalued opportunities to create or enhance positive cash flow by identifying and correcting inefficiencies in production that may be inflating cost bases and thereby indirectly limiting revenues. His presence will enhance management diversity to help create a better ROI for our emerging companies.
Mr. Roy Sahachaisere will rely on his lengthy and diverse background in the financial markets, and focus on the leverage of capital and assets to assist in capital needs of small Asian companies as they expand rapidly and exponentially to fulfill a global market potential. Strategies on assets and revenues not leveraged properly can also create inefficiencies in cash flows which SCV strives to creates lending opportunities as well as investment dollars to help expansion in the most beneficial manner for our client companies.
SCV will focus in developmental growth companies in Asia and the Pacific Rim including India for all 1-3 year investments. Short term more speculative trading will focus in micro cap companies trading on a regulated exchange (not limited to the US) valued under $100 Million US. Companies must be reporting companies with complete open financial books with over 100 shareholders.
This Charter may be amended at anytime by a majority shareholder vote of SCV.
